A toast to science on the Ribera del Guadiana Wine and Cava Route.
The third edition of ViñaJazz, a festival that will tour different parts of Extremadura over the coming months. During this route, six toasts to science will be held, in which wine and science go hand in hand once again.
Using friendly and engaging language, a scientist from the UEX will introduce the audience to the relationship between the two concepts. These scientific insights will explain the wine production process to attendees for 10 minutes, interspersed with another 10 minutes dedicated to tasting Extremadura wines and cavas, and musts for younger visitors. Guided by an expert taster, you will learn about the different stages: visual, olfactory, and gustatory.
In addition, jazz standards will resonate throughout the room to the delight of those present, who will also learn about the origins of this musical style, the social context, and the history of the era.
The municipalities where it will be held: Pinofranqueado, Plasenzuela, Talaveruela, Don Alvaro, Puebla de la Calzada, Fuentes de Leon.
