We will walk among the vineyards to our pioneering interpretive biodynamic aging winery in Spain, where you will learn about the influence of the Moon, its phases and movements, as well as the positions of the planets and stars, on the vital processes of the vineyard and wine production.
Next, we will visit the gravity-fed winemaking winery, where you will uncover the secrets of our winemaking process—from the moment the grapes arrive at the winery to when the wine reaches your glass.
Finally, we will hold a guided tasting of 3 of our wines, paired with typical local products.
